For initial users the current admin consent requirement is way too broad. Have option to start with read / minimal update. Add more Admin Consent to be user triggered when required for capability turned on.

It would be great to have a self-service support hub where we can find documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for Tenant Manager. Right now, it´s a lot of guessing how stuff works.
